RP CONSULTING is running its business since 2006 in business consulting, concentrating on management and development. We offer complex: strategic consulting, marketing consulting and sales outsourcing.
The company is realizing projects connected with market and competitors analysis, preparing of marketing strategy, running of promotional campaigns, preparing of business plan and export strategy – export development plan – connected with “Passport to Export” Program, managed by Polish Agency for Enterprise Development.
RP CONSULTING is specializing also in creating and development of web services and Internet promotion. We are developing informational and promotional web services network in tourist branch – Tourist Information Platform.
Our activity is based on knowledge and experience of collaborators, acquired in different companies, running their business i.a. in marketing and advertising branch, responsible for management, sales activities and consulting.
The priority for us is a satisfaction of our customers, that's why we are flexible and always treat them individually. We are advising, giving propositions and ideas and showing, suitable in our opinion, solutions, but we always respect their point of view, so it's easy for us to work out a compromise.

The founder of the company is Rafał Pasterczyk, graduate of International Management in Academy of Economics in Cracow, who was acquiring practical experience taking managerial positions in different companies.
Between 2008 and 2009 he was taking a position of Marketing Director in a typical houses projects' branch and he was also an external advisor.
Between 2006 and 2007 he was working as Business Development Manager in Air Bites Poland L.t.d., a part of international Swisscom holding, running its business in Internet access and VoIP telephony branch. He was responsible for all development activities on Polish market, i.a. building a brand of the company and sales, marketing and customer care management.
Between 2004-2005 he was connected with direct marketing branch, taking position of Sales Manager and Project Manager in Eurodirect L.t.d., a part of international GHP Holding structure. He was responsible for sales and project management of direct mail services (envelopes and printing materials production, personalization, inserting, completion of pockets, sending), cooperating with marketing agencies and other business customers from Polish market.
Between 2000-2003 he was employed in Stream Communications L.t.d., running its business in cable TV, Internet services and VoIP Telephony branch. He was taking positions of Manager of Internet Department and earlier Internet services’ Sales Coordinator, responsible for all marketing and development activities designed for Internet services for business and individual users.
